About
reginakehl&co
In 2005, I presented at my first conference—completely unaware of how that moment would change my life. At the time, I was a “retired” teacher turned stay-at-home mom with three littles in tow. Soon after, our family dove into homeschooling and launched a nonprofit partnering with a school in Ethiopia. I have enjoyed serving the church and nonprofits—both professionally and as a volunteer—while continuing to speak whenever opportunities present themselves.
Nearly 20 years later, I am a Certified Professional Coach and Working Genius facilitator— enter reginakehl&co. Whether I’m coaching, training, or speaking—from a stage or across a table—I love walking with individuals and teams, helping them stay true to who they are, align with purpose, and function with greater clarity and cohesion.
My work is rooted in relationship. I believe trust is built through authenticity, vulnerability, and transparency. If we partner together, you’ll get the real me—someone who speaks truth in love and tailors the process to you.
When I’m not working, you can find me enjoying quiet moments in the sunshine, hiking, or investing in meaningful connections with family and friends over a good cup of coffee. Gram is my favorite word in the world, coined by our first granddaughter. I’m also enjoying my first experience in the boy world thanks to her little brother.
Dedicated to Partnering With You Every Step of the Way
Clarify Your Purpose. Simplify Your Work. Unite Your Team.
The Playbook: Values
The Freedom of Faithfulness
We live in a world of comparison, but being yourself is the only way to be.
Being true to who you are—it’s freeing.
The Clarity of Ownership
There is a lot to do, but everyone plays better when the assignment is clear and players know which jersey is theirs.
Clarity isn’t control—it’s a gift to every player on the team.
The Risk of Relationship
Trust is hard, but trusting one another is the bravest play a team can run.
Real connection always comes with a risk, but it’s worth it.
