The path here wasn’t exactly a straight line…
In 2005, I presented at my first conference, completely unaware of how those five minutes (yes, five minutes!) would change my life. At the time, I was a “retired” teacher turned stay-at-home mom with three littles in tow. Soon after, our family dove into homeschooling and launched a nonprofit partnering with a school in Ethiopia. Through it all, I kept finding myself drawn to people and the possibilities they couldn’t always see for themselves.
Today, I am an ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC) and Working Genius facilitator. Through speaking, developing teams, coaching, and Clarity Retreats, I help people better understand themselves and one another, work through what’s getting in the way, and take purposeful next steps.
Whether we meet across a table, gather with your team, or share a room at an event, you’ll get the real me. I take your trust seriously, and I want what we discover together to make a difference after our time together ends.

I love Jesus, chocolate, Cheetos, good coffee, hiking (especially when I get to the end of a Colorado climb), and meaningful time with family and friends. Gram is definitely my favorite title.
And loons… I love everything about these marvelous, mysterious birds! An early morning by the water listening for their calls is time well spent! Fair warning… if one calls while we are talking, we may need a brief intermission.
